We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and conduct proper packaging checks to maintain product safety during transit.
Note: A shipping charge of ₹199 will be applicable on all orders below ₹649.
Order Processing & Delivery
Once you place an order on our Website, it is processed through our system and sent for quality inspection. Each product undergoes a thorough check to ensure it meets our standards before dispatch.
After successful inspection, the products are carefully packed and handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach you at the provided address or time, they may contact you to coordinate a suitable delivery.
All products, including any free items associated with your order, will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout along with an invoice. While we aim to ship all items together, in some cases, orders may be delivered in multiple shipments.
Packaging Standards
We ensure secure packaging for all orders. Each product is wrapped properly, and fragile items such as glass bottles are protected with additional layers like bubble wrap.
All products are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes before being handed over to the logistics partner. We take full responsibility for damages occurring during transit, and such issues will be addressed appropriately.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship across India to most serviceable pin codes. However, serviceability may vary depending on logistics partner availability.
You can check whether delivery is available at your location by entering your pin code on the product page or during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details and courier partner information.
If you have created an account on our Website, you can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
Tracking updates will be available once the shipment is picked up by the courier partner.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, subject to product availability.
Delivery timelines typically range between 2 to 7 working days depending on your location. However, delays may occur due to external factors such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, SABAR FARM HARVESTING CARE LLP is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
We request your understanding in case of slight delays during high-demand periods or unavoidable situations.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner will usually contact you before attempting delivery. Please ensure that you are available to receive the order.
If the delivery attempt fails, the courier partner will typically make up to three attempts. After unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
You may contact our support team to reschedule delivery, and we will try our best to assist you.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
No additional hidden charges will be applied beyond what is shown at the time of payment.
