No Return & No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (herbal, consumable, and personal care), we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once the order is placed and processed.

Damaged or Leakage Products

In case you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or has leakage/spillage during transit, we will provide a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide a clear uncut opening video showing the issue

Without an uncut opening video, no claims will be accepted under any condition.

Opened Products

We strictly do not accept any refund, return, or replacement requests once the product has been opened or used.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Refusal

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • No cancellation, return, or exchange requests will be accepted

  • If the parcel is returned due to customer refusal or unavailability:

    • The customer will be liable to pay both forward and return shipping charges

    • Repeated refusal may result in a permanent restriction on future orders

Missing or Incorrect Products

For any missing item or incorrect product complaint:

  • An uncut unboxing video is mandatory

  • Claims without video proof will not be entertained

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Refunds, if applicable (only in rare and approved cases), will be processed at the sole discretion of SABAR FARM HARVESTING CARE LLP.
